The Japan Institute of International Affairs (JIIA) held the annual Dialogue with China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations (CICIR) on November 15, 2022. Experts from both Japan and China participated in this dialogue and actively exchanged views on (1) How to understand the international environment that both Japan and China are facing in the new era and (2) How to build Japan-China relations that meet the demands of the new era.
