Prof. Jan Rowinski (POLAND) was with the Polish Institute of International Affairs. His research topic was "The Place of Central and East Europe in Japanese Foreign Policy."
Dr. Evelyn Tan Cullamar (PHILIPPINES) was with the Department of History & Political Science, Ateneo de Manila University. Her research topic was "The Philippines in ASEAN : Benefits and Costs of Membership."
Mr. Ravjaa Mounkhou (MONGOLIA) was with the International Organization's Department, Ministry of External Relations Mongolia . His research topic was "New World Order and International Organizations."
Dr. Syrga M. Urmanbetova (KYRGHZSTAN) was with the Center for International Cooperation, Kyrghzstan National University. Her research topic was "Some Problems Concerning the Development of the National Economy and Finances in Kyrghzstan Republic."
Mr. Erman Aminullah (INDONESIA) was with the Center for Analysis of Science and Technology Development, Indonesian Institute of Sciences. His research topic was "Technology Policy for Economic Development : Lessons from Japan."
Mr. Edy Prasetyono (INDONESIA) was Centre for Strategic and International Studies. His research topic was "Japan's Security Policy Towards ASEAN."
Dr. Judit Berenyi (HUNGARY) was with the KOPINT-DATORG, Institute for Economic, Market Research and Informatics. Her research topic was "The Present Envisaged Role of Japan in Eastern Europe with Special Regard to the Emerging Multipolar World."
