Dr. Young Koo Cha (SOUTH KOREA) was Director, Policy Planning Directorate, Korea Institute for Defense Analyses. His research topic was "Korea-Japan Cooperation for Stability and Peace in the Asia-Pacific Region."
Dr. Ho Khai Leong (SINGAPORE) was with the Department of Political Sciences, National University of Singapore. His research topic was "The Changing Political Economy of Taiwan-Southeast Asia Relations."
Dr. Milagros Ragos Espinas (PHILIPPINES) was with the Asian Center, University of the Philippines Diliman. Her research topic was "Philippine Foreign Policy Towards Indochina, 1972 - 1979."
Dr. Firdaus Haji Abdullah (MALAYSIA) was with the University of Malaya. His research topic was "Issues in Malaysia - Indonesia Relations."
Ms. Zhang Yaohua (CHINA) was with the China Institute of International Studies. Her research topic was "Politics and Diplomacy in Japan"
