The Japan Institute of International Affairs (JIIA) held the JIIA-Sejong Conference on June 10, 2026, in Seoul, ROK. This Conference has been held since 2019 with the Sejong Institute of ROK.

Experts from both Japan and the ROK, headed by Mr Tomoyuki Yoshida, Chef Executive Director of JIIA and Dr. Seong-Chang Cheong, Vice President of the Sejong Institute, participated in this discussion and exchanged views on (1) Changes in the International Order in the Indo-Pacific Region and Japan-U.S.-ROK Cooperation, (2) Inter-Korean Relations and ROK Korea Cooperation.
