Mr. Abdulla Kundakbayev (KAZAKHSTAN) was Financial Consultant, Interbank and Financial Telecommunications Center. His research topic was "Technical and economic assistance as an instrument to expand Japanses poitical economic and cultural influence in Central Asian States."
Mr. Ke Hui (CHINA) was Researcher, Division of Research, China Foundation for International and Strategic Studies. His research topic was "Japanese Security Policy and Sino-Japanese Relations in the Post-Cold War Era"
Mr. Zang Zhijun (CHINA) was Associate Professor, Deputy Chairman, International Politics Department, Fudan University. His research topic was "Constructing a Multilateral Security Framework in East Asia"
Dr. Silviu Razvan Jora (ROMANIA) was Researcher, Security and Global Issues, Romanian Institute of International Studies. His research topic was "On the Theory and Practice of Regionalism: "Regionalist Models in the 'Pacific Age'- Regionalism and Comprehensive Security."
Mr. I Ketut Gunawan (INDONESIA) was Lecturer & Researcher, Faculty of Social & Political Sciences, Mulawarman University. His research topic was "Thai and South Korean Military Withdrawal and Democratization."
